Big fun for the whole family is coming to Sonoma Valley this June 9th as the nationally-touring special exhibition Ribbit Exhibit makes its west coast debut at Sonoma Botanical Garden in Glen Ellen.
It's a whimsical presentation of more than 20 human-sized frog characters placed in vignettes throughout the Garden. Hunt for them all!! Favorites include Zenny meditating on a lily pad in the Garden’s pond, dapper Floyd and his elegant partner Grace cutting the rug amongst the flowers, and many others.
The 22 eye-catching sculptures, each 4 to 6 feet tall, are thoughtfully handcrafted by the North Carolina-based artist Andy Cobb from copper, colored with natural patina. Visitors will find them sitting in trees, playing jazz, enjoying a cup of coffee on a park bench, and more.
Enjoy Sunday Funday with face painting, scavenger hunts, art projects and more.
